Requirements
Who You Are
2+ years of B2B SaaS or high-velocity sales experience with a track record of consistently closing new business.
A self-starter who’s energized by ownership - you don’t just run plays, you create them.
Resilient and resourceful - you keep moving after rejection and find new ways to win.
Passionate about learning products and showing customers how they can transform operations.
Startup-minded - flexible, collaborative, and willing to contribute beyond your immediate role.
Nice to Have
Sales experience in industries like hospitality, property management, fleet/logistics, facilities/security, first responder, or government services.
Background in IoT, access control, or hardware-enabled SaaS.
Base salary 40,000 - 50,000 plus uncapped commission, expected OTE 70,000 - 80,000.
Remote-friendly with flexibility to own your territory or industry.
