Truckload Account Coordinator

The Truckload Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations while executing well & timely. Primary tasks include order management, appointment scheduling, exception oversight, customer quoting, and customer communication. As a customer facing role, this position requires a dynamic, professional individual that communicates well and maintains a strong work ethic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following: Execute well & timely by proactively supporting day-to-day operations Demonstrate the ability to "Wow" customers by creating positive customer experiences Work successfully under pressure, using strong problem solving and analytical skills Proactively identify and communicate service issues; work with teammates to resolve exceptions Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills Work with Account Manager to ensure customer specific SOPs are comprehensive and up to date Formulate customer quotes Help and support employee training for new team members Monitor KPI's to assess trends and performance against goals and projections - play an active part in continuous improvement initiatives Be a student of the industry and remain current on industry trends Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and settlement Other projects and administrative duties as assigned by leadership Required Skills and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is inside a central heat and air-conditioned office building. The noise level in the work environment is minimal.
