Addison Group is partnering with our global hearing healthcare client to support a high-volume customer service role for order management. This team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely order processing and is expanding to meet anticipated demand. The Customer Service Support Specialist supports internal sales and fulfillment operations through precise order entry and administrative customer support. This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional coordination rather than phone-based customer service. The position is fully onsite and suited for candidates who thrive in structured, detail-driven environments. Key Responsibilities: Process high volumes of customer orders using SAP and EDI systems Accurately enter and validate paper-based order documentation Ensure order data integrity by reviewing for completeness and accuracy Collaborate with internal teams to support timely fulfillment Meet established productivity and quality performance standards Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in order entry and/or customer service Required SAP knowledge Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to commute onsite daily with reliable attendance Experience in manufacturing or product-based B2B/B2C environments preferred High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Additional Details: Beautiful office, friendly team and stable organization Training will be provided for 4-6 weeks No phone work, all order entry Start Date: March 9 Regular hours: 11:00 AM
