
Product Support Representative

As a Product Support Representative, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support with excellent customer service. You will take incoming inquiries to resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application. Our team is a transaction network. Much of our work is through email and phone calls. Superb customer service is our highest priority. What you will be doing: Handle customer inquiries and resolving support issues such as transaction inquiries and mutual fund order processing. Provide in-depth product support and research client issues. Troubleshoot problems with software applications and recommend corrective action. Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. What you will need: Prior banking or client service experience. Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills The ability to work independently Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of FIS products a plus Recent Technical Background is a plus Flexibility to work weekends. Eligible for overtime pay. Added bonus if you have: FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 ~ Please note: If you do not have either of these, you must be willing to take the tests with a passing score within the first 90 days of employment. The pay range for this full-time position is $24.18 - $39.41 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
