Position Overview In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology. You will lead end to end NetSuite Implementations, handle client work sessions, translate complex requirements into workable NetSuite designs, and provide post-go-live support. You will work with Developers, Project Managers and other key players to complete implementations. This is a growth-oriented position; successful consultants have a direct path into Senior Leadership and Project Management roles. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into functional NetSuite designs. Implementation & Support: Lead functional design, create test scripts, and coordinate the installation of deliverables from Sandbox to Production. Client Training: Provide functional training to users and share best practices to ensure long-term system adoption. Project Management: Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and within allocated hours while maintaining accurate time tracking. Collaboration: Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to solve complex analytical problems. Customer Success: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and timely problem resolution. Required Experience & Skills We are looking for candidates who are competent within NetSuite’s core functionality and possess a well-rounded background in one of the following areas: 1\. Wholesale Distribution & Manufacturing Focus: Functionally familiar with NetSuite modules: Design to Build, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Work Orders & Assemblies. Experience working for product-based companies as a primary resource for NetSuite implementation or continuous process improvement. 2\. Accounting & Finance Focus: Functionally familiar with NetSuite Financial Management: Advanced Financials, Record to Report, and OneWorld. Background in Accounting or Finance with experience managing an existing instance of NetSuite or leading a financial system migration. General Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. Prior consulting industry experience. Accounting experience is preferred but not a deal breaker. Completed multiple end to end NetSuite Implementations Ability to translate complex business problems into viable technical solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable communicating with C-suite executives and end-users alike. High energy, self-motivated, and a "can-do" attitude. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to travel occasionally for face-to-face client relationship building (though meetings are primarily virtual).
