Overview

Develop predictive models and data segmentation strategies using audience intelligence platforms and statistical tools. Perform exploratory and explanatory data analysis to uncover patterns and provide strategic recommendations for brand positioning and content strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data outputs with campaign goals, creative execution, and media strategies. Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights through visualizations, written briefs, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. Support the adoption of automated reporting solutions and scalable data workflows to streamline regular insight delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital analytics trends, audience measurement techniques, and platform changes impacting data collection or interpretation. Contribute to the development of research approaches for cultural trend identification, moment marketing, and audience resonance analysis. Work with (and mentor) junior analysts on the required methodologies to synthesize social and other digital data. Play a counselor role by being a digital and social expert, staying current with the latest social measurement trends, as well as relevant industry trends. Design and implement advanced analytics methodologies to analyze social, news, podcast, and digital media data for audience behavior and campaign effectiveness. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track complex Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across multiple digital ecosystems. Integrate third-party market research data with social listening and owned analytics sources to generate comprehensive insights. Domestic travel required up to 10% of the time for work meetings. Telecommuting permitted; when not telecommuting, must report onsite three days/week to an office in Dallas, TX; San Francisco or Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; St. Louis, MO; Boston, MA; New York, NY; or Washington, D.C. Salary: $118,789 - $140,000 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Communication, Business Analytics, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Analyst, or any occupation/position/job title performing market research for finance and entertainment, luxury markets, and rural populations.

Must also have experience in the following: 5 years of professional experience analyzing and interpreting social media-related data (including mentions, sentiment, themes, authors, channels, reach, impressions, and audiences), using standard social listening and audience analysis tools (including Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Affinio, StatSocial, Sprinklr, and Tagger), with an emphasis on monitoring, measuring, benchmarking, and informing strategic recommendations; 5 years of professional experience providing evaluative volumetric and content analysis of earned media data working with social media monitoring tools (including Cision, Talkwalker, and Brandwatch); 5 years of professional experience utilizing web analytics packages including BuzzSumo and SimilarWeb; 5 years of professional experience utilizing BI and AI tools including Excel, Gemini, NotebookLM, or Google AI Studio; 5 years of professional experience utilizing market research tools, including YouGov, GlobalWebIndex, and Forrester; 5 years of professional experience distilling complex and high volumes of data into simple KPIs and data visualizations, dashboards, and scorecards; 5 years of professional experience working with Social media creators on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X; and 2 years of professional experience working with developer and engineering audiences and brands, including Gemini, Gemma, ChatGPT, and Llama.
