
About the Job:
The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will execute day-to-day affiliate efforts as assigned by the Affiliate Director. This includes brainstorming strategic and creative affiliate partnerships, pitching and securing product placements, reviewing affiliate network applications, building and maintaining media lists, reporting and more. Position Reports to:
Vice President of Affiliate Marketing Your Responsibilities: Creating and maintaining comprehensive affiliate outlet lists Program and Network Support supporting daily management of affiliate networks Brainstorming new, strategic and creative partnerships with affiliate outlets Collaboration with PR teams on working seamlessly together Create and write pitches for our affiliate clients Track affiliate placements for all affiliate clients Draft call/meeting agendas and send action items following each call Assist with pulling reports and analyzing data to find trends and where we can improve and pull them into ready reports Support in creating affiliate pitch decks and recap slides for clients Assist the senior team with trend forecasting, competitor analysis, and publisher outreach Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management Familiarity with Photoshop, and Google Workspace is a plus
About You:
6-12 months of experience, previous internship experience in affiliate marketing, PR or media relations preferred Proficient in Excel (creating reports, formulas, tables, VLOOKUPs, etc) Natural proactive, with outstanding attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills A people person, skilled at building and nurturing relationships, with proven experience in supportive team management Ability to balance many priorities and act resourcefully, all while maintaining a positive attitude Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement if hired.
