The IT Portfolio Management Lead for Medicaid plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our IT strategies resonate with the objectives of the Medicaid business portfolio. This position involves collaboration with Mediciad business leaders, the Medicaid Product team, and the Medicaid IT team to align IT demands and investments effectively. You will spearhead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring seamless planning and execution of Medicaid capabilities throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Medicaid programs and initiatives, aligning them with IT strategies and the Medicaid strategic roadmap.

Ensure delivery commitments are met while managing any changes in schedules and funding, confirming adequate financial and organizational support for Medicaid outcomes.

Utilize independent judgment and decision-making on intricate, cross-enterprise portfolio matters, employing analytical approaches to foster effective solutions in alignment with Medicaid priorities.

Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives to ensure comprehensive planning and execution across all functional areas.

Generate metrics, measurements, and trend reports for tracking project progress and outcomes.

Communicate clearly with senior leaders and stakeholders, providing concise updates and presentations.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 8 years of related technical experience.

At least 5 years of experience in project leadership.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Program Management.

6+ years of technical experience in IT or related fields.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in engaging senior leadership.

Advanced experience in leading special projects and producing various metrics and reports.

Experience in driving improvements and implementing process enhancements.

Expertise in budget planning and management.

Adept at organizing and directing efforts across multiple teams and departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in planning and executing strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience in leading Medicaid state implementations.

Six Sigma certification.

PMP certification.

Proficient in managing large-scale, highly visible programs across multiple project teams.

Ability to read and interpret contract language.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM, and PowerBI.

Certification in SAFe Agile methodology.

Proven success in project/program management roles.

40 Pay Range:

The compensation range reflects a starting base pay estimate for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting, with potential for higher or lower pay depending on geographic location and individual qualifications. $117,600 - $161,700 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance. Description of Benefits:
