Position Overview:
As a Fitness Service Representative, you will serve as a welcoming presence at our gym, providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Your core responsibility will be to address member inquiries, provide information about our services, and support a fun atmosphere for all. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet members and guests with a friendly demeanor. Inform members of gym services, programs, and membership options. Resolve member inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Efficiently check-in members and guests using our management system. Manage check-in alerts and notifications effectively. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, stocked with necessary supplies. Process payments for memberships, classes, and merchandise. Adhere to safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all in the facility. Monitor inventory levels for beverages and fitness items while tracking sales performance. Conduct regular gym walks to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment, including locker room checks. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred. Astrong interest or background in the fitness industry is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with gym management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures. Ability to move about the gym and communicate effectively with members and staff. Capability to lift and bend routinely, managing objects over 40 lbs. Proficient in accessing company systems for data entry and document preparation. Compensation:
