What You’ll Do As a Management Trainee, you will receive hands‑on training in customer engagement, brand representation, team collaboration, and overseeing daily operational tasks. This position offers a structured growth path into leadership roles based on performance and skill development.
Represent partner brands in face‑to‑face interactions with customers
Provide high‑quality customer support and product/service information
Assist in coordinating daily team activities and workflows
Help maintain brand presentation standards at events or retail locations
Learn and apply basic leadership, training, and management responsibilities
Participate in meetings, workshops, and ongoing training
Track customer feedback and contribute ideas for process improvement

Ability to work in a face‑to‑face customer environment

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. No prior management experience needed — full training is provided
Compensation
Annual Salary: $57,000–$65,000
