The Work:
Implement Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits solutions effectively.
Collaborate with Client teams to identify and consolidate functional and technical requirements.
Work alongside cross-functional teams to configure and enhance HR processes within Oracle HCM, including integrations and reports.
Provide expertise by translating requirements into specific configuration tasks related to programs, plans, eligibility profiles, and benefit extracts.
Create comprehensive functional and technical design documents.
Lead design workshops to align End-to-End Benefits Processes with business stakeholders, ensuring robust Oracle solutions.
Assist in planning and executing testing cycles, including cutover activities for successful go-live.
Organize and prioritize tasks while reporting on progress and deliverables.
Please note that travel may be necessary for this role, with the frequency determined by business needs and client demands. What You Need: At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in Benefits.
Experience with at least one full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years). An Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience is also acceptable.
Bonus Points If: You hold a certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
You have cross-functional experience with other HCM modules.
You possess experience with implementing Redwood Pages and utilizing VBS.
You have successfully established trust with clients and collaborated on large-scale implementation projects.
