Key Responsibilities: Efficiently pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders, ensuring that staging areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Deliver top-notch customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism. Maintain required certifications and operate powered equipment safely, including Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Narrow Aisle Reach Trucks. Ensure inventory accuracy by utilizing the Orders App and work collaboratively with leadership to resolve any discrepancies. Perform administrative tasks and ensure proper maintenance, including audits and locker management, while promptly communicating any safety or theft concerns. Foster a customer-first mindset and collaborate effectively with your team to meet daily operational goals. Be flexible and ready to undertake additional tasks as required to support overall business operations. Required Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience using a computer for various tasks, including inputting and retrieving information. At least 6 months of experience with standard retail technologies, such as smartphones and tablets. Current Powered Equipment Certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (if not certified, must be willing to obtain this certification). Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 6 months of retail experience. 6 months of customer service or product fulfillment experience, particularly in home improvement or hardware retail. Experience with inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products or materials in various environments. Pay Range:

$15.00 - $15.60 per hour The starting pay may vary based on factors such as the specific role, location, education, training, and experience.
