The Marketing Intern will support key brand initiatives through market and consumer research, data analysis, and hands-on experience with innovation and sensory testing. This role also assists in planning and executing events and activations that drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.
Hours for this position: 8:30am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday) This is a hybrid position (Mondays and Fridays remote with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in office) located in Conestoga, PA. Our interns enjoy these awesome benefits -

Market & Consumer Insight Support:
Conduct competitive analysis and consumer trend research to support brand positioning, innovation pipelines, and new product launches. Analyze internal data, syndicated sources, and market trends and provide clear, actionable summaries for the marketing team. Support sensory testing by assisting with study design, execution, data compilation, and insight recap to inform product decisions.
Experiential & Event Marketing:
Support the planning and execution of promotional events, partnerships, and activations that drive consumer engagement and brand awareness. Assist with on-site event coordination, logistics, and post-event recaps to capture key learnings and best practices.
Brand Strategy Support:
Analyze category and brand sales data to identify whitespace opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas. Support post-campaign analysis by tracking performance metrics and summarizing learnings and optimization recommendations. Assist in building presentations that translate data into compelling brand stories for internal stakeholders. Support day-to-day marketing needs while learning how a fast-paced brand organization operates.

Specific area of study and/or interest should be Marketing/Business/Communications
Strong passion for brand marketing and consumer goods Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative thinking and problem-solving ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous internship or work experience in marketing is a plus Must work in a team environment Maintain adherence to work hours scheduled specifically starting, ending, lunch, and break schedules Perform all duties within established Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and safety guidelines Be accountable to the Turkey Hill Food Safety and Quality Principles Perform all other duties as assigned Physical Demands -
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the internship.
The employee is required to talk and/or hear in an office setting (noise level is low) and manufacturing setting where noise levels can be high (PPE required) The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in an office or manufacturing environment from 4-8+ hours The employee must be able to ascend and descend stairs, and where applicable and when necessary, to perform various job-related tasks Must be able to position self to move, reach with arms/hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed to perform various job-related tasks The employee must be able to inspect all job-related equipment (office or floor) to ensure it is in good working condition prior to use. Must be able to use hands/fingers to handle (or feel) to operate various types of office equipment. Must be able to operate all job-related equipment (powered, hand or office) as required Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus Ability to lift 50 pounds and/or push/pull 50 pounds on a regular or occasional basis
