THE RANCH Restaurant is seeking experienced, hospitality driven Servers who thrive in an upscale, fast paced dining environment. Our ideal candidate is polished, knowledgeable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. We value individuals who are warm, attentive, detail oriented, and committed to teamwork and professionalism.

Fine Dining Server (Wine certification required) Responsibilities

Provide genuine, elevated hospitality with timely, accurate, and detail focused service

Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency, confidence, and grace

Collaborate closely with the service team to create a seamless, memorable dining experience

Demonstrate expert knowledge of our menus, including seasonal offerings, specialty items, and chef driven features

Offer thoughtful recommendations for wine, spirits, and cocktails, showcasing advanced product knowledge

Partner with kitchen and bar teams to ensure precise and prompt delivery of all food and beverage orders

Assist Hosts, Servers, and Management with table setups, resets, and dining room organization as needed

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment in accordance with restaurant standards

Foster positive working relationships with all team members to support a collaborative and professional atmosphere

Requirements

Must be at least 21+ years of age

Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience required

WSET Level 2 or Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 certification required

Strong wine, spirit and cocktail knowledge essential

Proficiency with restaurant POS systems (Aloha)

Availability to consistently evenings, weekends and holidays

Valid California Food Handler's Card and ABC Server Permit required

Pay rate: $16.90 per hour
