LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Call Center Representative who will supports customers within the services industry by managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating service requests, and ensuring timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong multitasking skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment. Responsibilities:

Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers seeking service assistance, updates, or information.

Make outbound calls to follow up on open service requests, confirm appointments, and provide updates on work progress.

Address customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

Process incoming service requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are logged into the system.

Coordinate with internal teams, field technicians, or thirdparty vendors to schedule services and dispatch tasks as needed.

Track the status of open service requests and ensure timely followup to keep customers informed throughout each job.

Document all interactions, service notes, and followups in the CRM or client systems.

Maintain uptodate records of calls, service orders, customer updates, and escalations.

Monitor email queues and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicate service delays, scheduling conflicts, or urgent issues to supervisors or appropriate personnel.

Support the workflow of the call center by assisting teammates during highvolume periods.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or serviceindustry support role preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Experience coordinating services or working with vendors/technicians is a plus.

Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Hours:

9:00am-5:00pm

Monday through Friday

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
