Role Description:
As an Insurance Account Representative for Bradley Beck – State Farm Agent, you will provide Home & Auto Insurance quotes to prospective customers and conduct needs‑based selling.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes via phone, email, and text.
Make outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
Obtain referrals and cross‑sell additional insurance products based on customer needs.
Meet established marketing activity goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic and complete tasks daily.
Qualifications
Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
