About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Commercial Lending with a strong background in C&I, CRE, and SBA lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and expanding commercial loans and deposits, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with business owners. This role requires a professional with at least 7 years' experience in commercial lending, who is credit trained and has a deep understanding of the local market. The VP will also be expected to have a network of relationships with the credit team, business members, and other internal and external partners, and to interact with commercial senior leadership and prospects in a professional manner. Mentoring and team management are also key aspects of the position.
