What You’ll Do as an HVAC Technician:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time on site.
Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure timely service and efficient scheduling.
Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job.
Stay current with industry best practices, equipment, and training opportunities.
Requirements
3–5 years HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

$20–$35 per hour depending on experience
