Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative proficient in managing heavy inbound calls to support patients on billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from patients about medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment options Explain billing statements, balances, and payment plans clearly and compassionately Record interactions accurately in billing and patient management systems Collaborate with other teams to resolve patient concerns Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies Meet established standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish HS Diploma or equivalent Home internet speed test with minimum 20 Mbps download/10 mbps upload speed 2 years of healthcare call center customer service/patient accounts/billing support Microsoft Office Skills Skills
Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy Excellent written communications and organizational skills Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
