What you'll do: TheCustomer Service Representative position is responsible for completing partquotations, customer returns, orders, resolve payment issues, and workindependently and as part of a team to ensure all repairs and orders arecompleted to the customer's satisfaction. Responsibilities also include warrantyclaim entry, denying claims, locating service centers, and applying the propervendor chargebacks to the claim
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptional customer service with a professional, customer-focused demeanor. Demonstrate strong follow-through and the ability to see tasks and projects through to completion. Communicate clearly and effectively, maintaining a calm and respectful approach during all customer interactions, including collections. Manage accounts receivable collections, with an intensive focus on collection activities during the first 8 weeks of employment. After the initial period, handle incoming phone calls, customer service emails, and general customer support tasks. Participate in current and past due collection initiatives. Determine vehicle specifications (on-line, file, or microfiche) Order parts using on - line parts manuals, engineering prints, and photographs Coordinate with buyer for special part purchases Ensures first pass phone percentage of 92% or better Provide support and guidance to shipping department personnel Process warranty claims, set up warranty codes and determine appropriate code for the claim Deny inappropriate warranty claims Locate appropriate service center and coordinate repair of truck Communicate issue to Technical Engineering support for solution Determine and enter vendor chargeback Negotiate and reduce invoices Support NHTSA recalls by sending out appropriate parts Communicate warranty concerns to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales Support monthly warranty meetings with Manufacturing to communicate top warranty issues
What you need to be successful: QUALIFICATIONS: HS Diploma orGED required (Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred)
