We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be professional, prompt, self-motivated, and hard-working, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Assist current customers with order-related inquiries via phone, email, and our ticketing system. Handle and resolve incoming CRM tickets. Resolve customer support tickets efficiently and professionally. Communicate clearly and courteously with customers in both written and verbal formats. Accurately enter data and maintain detailed records. Multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate customer support. Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay organized. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right individual. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check. Positive attitude and team player mentality are a must. What We Offer
