full-time Entry-Level Customer Service Representative
to support live promotional events and community outreach campaigns.
This position is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level experience in
customer service, event marketing, fundraising, or brand promotion . No prior experience is required - we provide paid training and hands-on mentorship. Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage directly with the public at live events, represent nonprofit partners, and help create a positive experience for attendees and supporters.
This is a face-to-face, event-based role - not a call center position. Responsibilities
Provide customer service at live events and fundraising campaigns Communicate nonprofit missions and campaign goals clearly Answer questions and provide accurate information to attendees Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown Assist with promotional materials and campaign logistics Maintain a professional and approachable presence Work collaboratively with team members to achieve event goals Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable interacting with the public Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn Available for full-time work Preferred (not required): Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, sales, events, promotions, or marketing experience.
