Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service to event attendees, donors, and community members

Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising goals

Assist with donor inquiries, collect feedback, and support follow-up communication

Support on-site event operations and attendee engagement activities

Distribute informational and promotional materials at community events

Maintain a positive and professional presence at outreach campaigns

Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution

Represent nonprofit partners with enthusiasm and integrity

Qualifications

No prior experience required – Paid training provided

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment

Interest in customer service, nonprofit work, fundraising, events, or community outreach

Flexible availability for event-based scheduling
