Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in ensuring a smooth delivery experience. This position handles inquiries, order entry, scheduling support, and communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Answer customer calls, emails, and messages regarding delivery requests, service options, pricing, and shipment status. Enter and update delivery orders with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to confirm pickup times, delivery instructions, and route changes. Provide timely updates to customers regarding delays, delivery confirmations, or any issues requiring follow-up. Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a strong focus on service quality. Verify customer account information, billing details, and service requirements. Assist with tracking packages to ensure timely delivery. Communicate service interruptions or escalated issues to supervisors or management. Support general office duties such as filing, documentation, and data entry. Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in courier, logistics, transportation, or a service-driven environment. Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy. Basic computer skills and comfort working with dispatch or order-management systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm during time-sensitive situations.

Pay $18/hr

Hours Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
