No parking fees Position Overview

The Senior Customer Service Representative will support a banking correspondence operation responsible for producing and mailing required documents to clients. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely execution of fulfillment work in a structured office environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate mailing and fulfillment activities for banking correspondence

Create, print, audit, and package client-facing documents

Work from a case management system and email queue to complete daily tasks

Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to distribution

Prioritize workload to meet service-level expectations

Perform routine, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced office setting
