We’re looking for a
Director of Marketing Data & Digital Solutions
to drive our digital evolution by owning the
vision
behind our marketing data and digital ecosystem. Focus on the Data and Analytics platform ownership, AI/ML initiatives and delivery leadership. powering back-end system integration, including owning cloud data architecture (Databricks/Snowflake) end to end delivery responsibility for analytics platforms.
This is a
hands-on, strategic leadership role based in the Bay area
for someone seasoned and comfortable speaking fluently with
technical teams
(engineering, data, IT) and
non-technical partners
(marketing, leadership, vendors). How you communicate, influence, and translate complexity matters here. What You’ll Do: Own and lead the
product strategy and roadmap
for marketing data and digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner closely with engineering, IT, marketing, and external vendors to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Optimize marketing technology, AI, and data platforms to unlock insights and improve performance. Build business cases, roadmaps, and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership. Guide prioritization across initiatives — balancing impact, feasibility, and value. Analyze data across multiple sources to inform strategy and drive measurable marketing outcomes. Stay ahead of trends in digital solutions, AI, and marketing technology. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 8+ years of experience in
product management, marketing data, or digital solutions Proven ability to lead conversations with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders . Experience in healthcare or academic medical center environments is a must. Deep knowledge of marketing technologies, Agile/SCRUM, and AI-enabled tools. Hands-on experience with platforms such as
Azure, Power BI, Teradata, LiveRamp, Databricks, DOMO, and Snowflake . Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Must reside in a commutable distance to Mountain View, CA This is an opportunity to
