Proper Hospitality is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth & Performance Marketing to support and help drive performance, growth, and lifecycle marketing initiatives across our portfolio of boutique hotels.

Position Overview Working in close partnership with the Director of Performance & Growth Marketing, this role plays a key part in scaling revenue by optimizing and expanding core growth levers — including affiliate marketing, CRO, CRM/lifecycle, paid media performance, and analytics. The Senior Manager will help identify and advance new opportunities through analysis, testing, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on measurable impact and ROI.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll lead execution across initiatives, partner closely with Digital & Brand Marketing Managers on day-to-day optimizations, and maintain clear visibility into portfolio-wide performance goals. Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing Manage partner pitching & rate negotiations Coordinate partner communications around deals, offers, and seasonal moments Track performance and contribute to affiliate expansion forecasting

CRO & Testing Help execute the CRO roadmap across the portfolio, aligned to revenue impact and business priorities Conduct site and UX audits to identify conversion opportunities Build and launch A/B and multivariate tests hands-on Manage the testing calendar across properties Contribute to test prioritization based on ROI, effort, and technical complexity Analyze results and deliver clear, actionable recommendations

CRM / Email & SMS Support CRM optimization strategy, including list health, segmentation, and deliverability Align messaging and content with RFM segments and lifecycle stages Develop and refine flow logic and messaging across email and SMS

Paid Media Serve as a primary day-to-day coordination point with paid media agencies Interpret performance signals and recommend budget shifts and creative pivots by property and channel Partner with internal teams to align paid efforts with broader growth initiatives

Analytics & Reporting Translate performance data into property-level insights and recommendations Identify trends, flag anomalies, and connect results to strategic actions Support executive reporting through analysis, dashboards, and visualization

Strategy & Planning Analyze forecast-to-actual performance and surface growth opportunities Coordinate campaign timelines and cross-channel activation with internal teams and agency partners

Website & UX Support CRO testing and optimization efforts alongside marketing managers Conduct UI/UX audits and identify data-driven opportunities for conversion improvement Manage developers on technical CRO and website implementations, ensuring scope, timelines, and impact are clearly defined

New Channels & Innovation Support new channel launches through research, testing, and implementation Assist with loyalty initiatives and AI-driven workflow buildouts Leverage AI tools to improve reporting, testing velocity, and operational efficiency

Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing Luxury retail (e-commerce), lifestyle, or hospitality/travel industry experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing, CRO, and CRM/lifecycle programs Proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Klaviyo, Funnel, or similar) Experience coordinating with paid media agencies across SEM, Social, and programmatic Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing managers, agencies, and developers Proven experience leveraging AI to drive workflow efficiency (e.g., reporting automation, experimentation, creative and campaign optimization) Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment Familiarity with A/B testing tools, tag management, and attribution modeling

Salary $120,000-135,000 + bonus
