Project Specialist: Sales Marketing & Corporate Development
Location: Pittsburgh, PA or Montvale, NJ
$70k-$90k plus paid benefits
Overview The Project Specialist supports corporate development initiatives that strengthen market presence, expand sales opportunities, and improve the client experience. This role coordinates cross functional projects, develops marketing and sales content, and contributes to strategic growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities • Coordinate multiple projects across departments and ensure deadlines are met • Support initiatives tied to organizational goals and development priorities • Assist with territory expansion, cross-sell campaigns, and targeted market efforts • Develop sales scripts, resources, and client experience improvements • Support digital distribution growth and promotion of key programs • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and campaigns for clients and carriers • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on promotional materials • Develop content for brochures, press releases, landing pages, and newsletters • Produce and edit video content for web and learning platforms
Requirements • Two to five years of project experience in a deadline-driven environment • Industry experience preferred but not required • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management tools, Zoom, and Teams • Familiarity with Canva or video editing tools • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel as needed
