10+ years in Manufacturing Operations management with current P&L responsibility
Preferred Requirements: MBA degree

Responsibilities: Complete leadership responsibility for performance and overall development of the business unit Manage the operations with a result-driven framework focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals Empower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced Plan and direct the manufacturing operations at the lowest cost consistent with established operating metrics/goals Integrate manufacturing, materials, and maintenance functions, ensuring processes result in high-quality throughput Lead efforts to continuously improve the division's competitive position, resulting in reduced turn time and cost
Total Compensation: $300,000 - $400,000 This role offers a competitive package and final details will be discussed with qualified candidates
