Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: South Jordan UT
Pay Rate: $21.99/hour
Work Schedule: Remote Training: 4–5 weeks of fully remote training In-Office: 5 days per week after training Hybrid Schedule: After 6 months, transition to 3 days in-office and 2 days remote
Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls regarding brokerage accounts with accuracy and professionalism Assist clients with Brokerage Cash Management products and services Support customers with online account access, website navigation, and mobile app usage Handle general account inquiries, financial questions, and service-related requests Maintain high service standards and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with team members and adapt quickly to process or system changes
Qualifications: College degree or previous contact center experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented financial service center
