Experience in banking, financial services, or customer support is a plus Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Preferred: candidates who meet at least one of the following: A college degree Previous contact center/customer service experience
What You’ll Be Doing Handle incoming client calls regarding accounts Deliver accurate, timely, and professional support Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively Keep detailed records of all interactions Meet and exceed key performance metrics
