Why Frontier Precision? Founded in 1988, Frontier Precision has grown into a national team of 100+ employee-owners across 22+ states. We are a 100% employee-owned company operating under an ESOP. While our compensation structure is competitive, what truly differentiates us is long-term ownership. Our ESOP provides a meaningful wealth-building opportunity at no cost to employees. As the company grows, you share directly in that value. We focus on sustainable growth, technical excellence, and building long-term careers — not short-term churn.
