Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and pragmatic Senior Legal Counsel to support our legal function across the Americas region. This is a mid-level role ideal for a business‑minded legal professional who can balance risk with practical, commercially driven solutions. The successful candidate will act as a key legal partner to regional leadership, working closely with teams across Sales, Procurement, HR, Operations, and Finance. The environment is dynamic and fast‑paced, with a broad mix of stakeholders, business models, and regulatory considerations.

The preference is for candidates based in GA, TX or TN.

Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, distribution and licensing arrangements, and NDAs. Lead negotiations and provide practical, solutions‑oriented guidance on complex deal structures. Manage corporate governance activities such as annual resolutions, filings, and regulatory submissions. Coordinate with external agents and authorities to ensure compliance and accurate corporate recordkeeping. Support compliance with U.S., Canadian, and Latin American legal and regulatory requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross‑functional teams on corporate, commercial, and employment law matters. Support initiatives related to data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Oversee dispute resolution processes and manage outside counsel where necessary. Identify legal and business risks while enabling growth opportunities. Develop and manage templates, playbooks, and best practices to streamline contracting processes. Contribute to strategic legal initiatives, including training programs and IP management. Collaborate with global colleagues while maintaining the ability to work independently when required.

Qualifications & Experience Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school. Active membership with at least one U.S. state bar. 5–8 years of relevant legal experience, including at least 3 years supporting corporate clients in-house or at a law firm. Strong background in commercial contracting, corporate law, and business transactions. Experience in both law firm and in‑house environments preferred. Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus. Experience working in multinational environments is an asset. Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred but not required.
