Principal
with deep experience in
executive search
- specifically in
media, content, and/or advertising
to lead strategic executive searches and drive commercial growth.
What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end Executive and Connect search projects with confidence and autonomy. Run client briefings, manage offer processes, deliver updates, and present candidate insights. Build strong, trusted relationships with senior clients and high-calibre candidates. Generate new business opportunities through market insight, networking, and proactive outreach. Support pitches and proposals; represent Elevate’s full suite of services. Conduct robust candidate assessments using advanced behavioural techniques and assessment tools. Champion operational excellence and act as a “Super User” across internal systems. Attend relevant events, tradeshows, and industry conferences, staying informed on current trends in media, content, and advertising.
What You Bring 5+ years' experience in executive search - specifically in the media, content, or advertising sectors. Proven success winning executive search mandates and driving revenue. Strong sector knowledge and commercial acumen Exceptional communication, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative working style. High attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
