Top 100 Insurance Broker seeks an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service and manage the renewal processes for small and mid-sized commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee commercial accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Handle renewals, including policy reviews, summaries, binders, certs, proposals, etc. Collaborate with producers and service teams for efficient workflows. Advise clients on commercial coverage options and maintain strong relationships. Use agency management system to streamline operations while keeping accurate records.
Qualifications: 3-5+ years in commercial insurance account management, ideally in an independent agency. Ideally a 220 license. Expertise in commercial insurance products and coverages. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
