Responsibilities Process quotes, orders, and customer inquiries with accuracy Communicate primarily via email, with occasional phone support Follow established procedures and workflows Maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks Learn and adapt to new processes as needed Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience Prior office experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Organized, reliable, and professional
