team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare organizations, providing talent acquisition solutions, and driving new business opportunities. This is a client-facing sales role ideal for a competitive, energetic professional with experience in staffing who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Compensation:

37% of our Account Executives earned over $250,000

35% of our Account Executives earned between $150,000 and $250,000

14% of our Account Executives earned between $100,000 and $150,000

14% of our Account Executives earned between $75,000 and $100,000

Responsibilities

Promote and present Judge's healthcare staffing services to new and existing clients through calls, meetings, and virtual presentations

Generate new business opportunities by cold calling, attending industry events/conferences, leveraging referrals, and strategic prospecting

Build and grow relationships with key client hiring managers and decision-makers, both locally and nationally

Maintain and expand existing client accounts through regular engagement, performance review meetings, and consistent delivery of value

Conduct 10-15 client meetings (in-person and virtual) weekly to drive business development and uncover staffing needs

Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects and active client engagements

Secure qualified job requisitions from both new and existing clients, collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure fulfillment

Work cross-functionally with internal delivery, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure an excellent client experience

Qualifications

2-3+ years of business development, account management, or recruiting experience in a staffing or service-based environment

Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow client accounts

Experience managing relationships with mid-market and national accounts, preferably within the healthcare industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Highly motivated, goal-driven, and commission-oriented

Bachelor's degree preferred
