Our NYC based client is seeking a highly organized Event Planning Specialist to drive the strategy, execution, and success of inperson and virtual events. In this role, you'll manage everything from large trade shows to executive dinners, using AIpowered tools to enhance targeting, streamline logistics, and deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities

Plan and execute a mix of trade shows, partner events, client gatherings, and virtual webinars.

Use AI to optimize audience targeting, outreach, promotion, and postevent insights.

Oversee full event lifecycle: strategy, logistics, vendors, contracts, budgets, and reporting.

Partner crossfunctionally with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Legal, Finance, and Product.

Lead pre and postevent campaigns to drive attendance and followup pipeline activity.

Provide datadriven reporting and recommendations to improve event performance.

Ensure consistent, highquality brand representation across all touchpoints.

Qualifications 2+ years in event management (B2B SaaS or professional services preferred).

Experience with largescale events and smaller VIPstyle engagements.

Familiarity with AI or automation tools for marketing/event optimization.

Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Strong communication and crossteam collaboration skills.

Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.

Analytical mindset and comfort working in a fastpaced environment.

Pay Details:

$13,000.00 to $14,000.00 per year
