is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice in Chicago. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated, high-value commercial real estate transactions within a nationally integrated platform.

The Practice

The Real Estate group advises institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers, lenders, and operating companies on transactions spanning the full lifecycle of commercial real estate assets.

Core areas include: Acquisitions and dispositions Joint ventures and equity structuring Real estate finance (borrower and lender side) Leasing Construction and development Land use and entitlements Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) transactions

Associates work closely with finance, tax, corporate, and regulatory colleagues to deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary solutions.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents Support structuring and execution across multiple deal types Coordinate diligence and closing processes Work directly with partners and clients on complex matters Manage multiple active transactions while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience Experience in some or all of the following: acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, development, land use, or LIHTC Admitted to practice in Illinois (or eligible for prompt admission) Strong academic credentials Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills

Compensation

$260,000 – $390,000 , commensurate with experience and class year.

Compensation includes bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits program.
