· Real estate is the most robust practice of this firm · The firm has strategically grown in the past two years in areas of real estate leasing, finance, joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions · This firm spirits entrepreneurial efforts with business development and marketing teams to support same · This firm offers on-going skill development at their University (engaging courses taught by partners, attended by clients, allowing for more face-to-face interaction) · This firm is open to alternative work arrangements, ie. abridged hours · This firm operates on a hybrid in-office schedule · 1850 billables · Cravath pay scale
