In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic business relationships, exceeding revenue and margin goals through effective B2B sales strategies, while delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs in a quota driven environment.

Responsibilities Identify and pursue
with urgency
, new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research to positively impact the firm's client base. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional account management services, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure contracts that align with company objectives while delivering value. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility. Conduct detailed analysis of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to craft customized solutions. Utilize CRM tools such as BullHorn & Dexina (tm), Sales Call Planning, Strategic Account Planning to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast revenue accurately, while working closely with existing team members and the Managing Director & Director of Recruiting. Present product demonstrations and technical solutions clearly and convincingly to technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain consistent, ongoing communication with clients to understand their evolving requirements and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Lead internal teams on technical sales projects, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, and technical departments.
Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within technology or related industries. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to quickly close transactional deals while progressing more complex deals. Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to technology services. Demonstrated success in technical sales environments with complex solutions. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage technical and non-technical buyers. Analytical mindset capable of assessing market data, client needs, and sales performance metrics. Ability to perform warm calling effectively while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
