About the Role We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive who thrives on winning net-new logos and building greenfield accounts. This role is focused on selling Data, Analytics, and AI professional services, with a strong emphasis on Snowflake and/or Databricks ecosystems. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—working closely with delivery leaders, solution architects, and partner teams to bring modern data platforms to market. If you’re energized by complex deals, consultative selling, and opening doors where none existed before, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do Own and drive net-new business acquisition across mid-market and/or enterprise accounts Prospect into target accounts using a mix of outbound, partner-led, and relationship-based strategies Sell professional services engagements including data platform implementations, cloud migrations, analytics modernization, and AI/ML use cases Lead discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders to uncover pain points and define value Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from initial outreach through close Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams (Snowflake, Databricks, cloud hyperscalers) Navigate complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales cycles Forecast accurately and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets Stay current on data, analytics, and AI trends impacting customer priorities
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within IT services, consulting, or professional services Proven success selling net-new business (not just account expansion or renewals) Experience selling data, analytics, cloud, or AI-related services Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks platforms (hands-on selling experience strongly preferred) Strong discovery, storytelling, and value-based selling skills Comfortable engaging with technical buyers (data leaders, architects) and business executives Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and accountability Experience working with partner-led motions is a plus
Nice to Have Experience selling alongside Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP partner teams Background in data engineering, analytics, or cloud consulting environments Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies
