New Jersey and New York , known for long-standing client relationships, repeat business, and an excellent reputation in the market. This is a high-energy, high-reward role ideal for a staffing or recruiting professional with sales experience who’s ready to elevate their career, earnings, and impact. After initial onsite training in our Parsippany, NJ office, this role becomes predominantly remote, with occasional in-office or client visits for meetings. What You’ll Do Partner closely with our marketing and recruiting teams to develop effective client marketing strategies Grow and manage an existing book of business provided by PSN Drive new business through lead follow-up, outbound sales calls and strategic prospecting Follow up on qualified job leads generated by the marketing and recruiting teams Support email marketing strategies created by our Marketing team across multiple industries Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business Stay current on PSN’s most placeable candidates and proactively market talent to clients Maintain daily communication with clients and candidates to ensure a best-in-class experience

What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in staffing and/or recruiting is required Industry Sales experience required Prior experience training or mentoring others is a plus Strong technical skills, including comfort with social media and digital tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude and good sense of humor — we work hard, but we enjoy it Existing industry contacts are a major plus Bachelor’s degree preferred
