We’re looking for a motivated
Inside Sales/Account Executive
who loves connecting with customers and guiding them toward the right solutions. In this role, you’ll engage with warm leads and learn about each customer’s need. If you enjoy consultative selling and delivering a standout customer experience, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing Have meaningful conversations with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right services Clearly explain product options, service offerings, and industry best practices Maintain a friendly, professional approach in every interaction Handle both inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers Address concerns and objections by highlighting value and benefits Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Convert qualified leads into closed sales using proven sales techniques Listen actively to uncover additional opportunities Develop strong rapport and nurture long‑term customer relationships Meet customer satisfaction and service quality expectations Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance check‑ins Keep accurate notes and documentation in company systems Support additional tasks as needed
What You Bring At least 2 years of sales experience Call center or inside sales background is a plus Strong consultative selling and closing abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to influence decisions while maintaining trust and professionalism Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
