SMB Account Executive – B2B SaaS Hybrid – Austin, TX $70K Base | $140K OTE (Uncapped) | Full Benefits

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company transforming how deskless teams operate. Their mobile-first platform powers maintenance and operations teams in the field—combining real-time communication with customizable workflows to help work get done faster, cleaner, and with less friction. The company is in hyper-growth mode, expanding the sales team rapidly and raising ~$20M. You’ll join at a pivotal stage, working alongside experienced leadership from top technology companies and high-growth startups. What You’ll Do Own Net-New Revenue Focus 100% on new logo acquisition Consistently hit monthly sales quota Prospect & Build Pipeline Work inbound leads from SDRs Generate additional pipeline through outbound prospecting (demo no-shows, closed-lost opportunities, unconverted leads, etc.) Run the Full Sales Cycle Discovery calls Product demonstrations Free trial setups Closing calls Build Trusted Relationships Develop honest rapport with prospects Create urgency while maintaining trust and acting in the client’s best interest Forecast & Operate with Precision Accurately forecast monthly revenue within ±20% Maintain exceptionally clear Salesforce hygiene and notes Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously without letting anything slip Follow Up Relentlessly Ensure every opportunity receives consistent follow-up Adopt a Learning Mindset Extract insight from every deal—win or lose Continuously refine messaging and positioning Become a Market Expert Develop deep knowledge of the product, maintenance industry, competitive landscape, and market trends Startup Mentality Take initiative in building processes Contribute to scaling the sales organization Drive results without waiting for direction

Must-Have Qualifications 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a closing role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota (documentation required) CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred) Strong ability to articulate metrics and performance data Skilled at objection handling and value-based selling Ability to clearly communicate product value at any level of detail or brevity High attention to detail with a process- and solution-oriented mindset Tenacious work ethic and desire to be a top performer Demonstrated ability to close business while creating urgency and maintaining rapport Ideal Experience Sales experience at an early-stage SaaS startup Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades industries

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$70,000 On-Target Earnings:
