to own and grow our South Puget Sound market. This is a true hunter role — ideal for someone who thrives on converting inbound leads, developing new opportunities independently, and building long-term customer relationships within their territory. You must have an existing book of business and experience in the

LBM industry. What You’ll Do Convert inbound leads into active, buying accounts Prospect and develop new business independently within the territory Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, framers, and general contractors Maintain strong jobsite presence and credibility Prepare estimates, framing packages, and material takeoffs Solve jobsite challenges with urgency and professionalism Manage pipeline activity through CRM with strong discipline Utilize digital quoting and technology tools to drive efficiency Ideal Candidate Profile Proven

Lumber & Building Materials (LBM)

sales experience Existing book of business and/or strong local network in South Puget Sound Recognized presence and credibility on jobsites Comfortable with estimating, takeoffs, and framing packages Strong business acumen with a technology-forward mindset Disciplined in CRM usage and pipeline management Self-motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented This role is not for someone who waits for business — it’s for someone who creates it.
