As an Account Executive at Vivantio, you’ll own the full sales cycle for new business opportunities, acting as both the commercial lead and a trusted advisor to prospective customers. This is a consultative B2B SaaS role where success comes from strong discovery, thoughtful demos, and guiding multiple stakeholders through a considered buying process.
You’ll work a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, run discovery and demo calls, manage deals through to close, and build relationships with senior decision-makers. Deep product understanding is critical and you’ll be expected to confidently position Vivantio in complex environments and clearly articulate its value.
This is a 100% remote role with clear opportunities to grow within the sales organization, supported by a competitive compensation package and uncapped commission.
Requirements What you’ll do: Demonstrate the value of Vivantio in prospect meetings, sales calls and product demos to effectively win new customers. Manage all inbound leads to build new pipeline. Generate qualified meetings for yourself and partner with the marketing team on new strategies and campaigns to drive awareness. Strategize with other top-producing sales reps and leadership. Understand prospects’ needs and help them overcome their challenges. Manage a large pipeline of interested organizations. Maintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and manage your personal sales pipeline. Collaborate with various departments at Vivantio to ensure a high customer satisfaction and account retention rate. Leverage CRM tools and sales automation to constantly make yourself more efficient.
What you’ll bring: 2-3+ years in a sales, account executive, account management, business development or related role. 2+ years in a closing role. Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles, from first conversation through to close. A demonstrated track record of success in a sales role. Results driven with a strong desire to learn and improve in a B2B SaaS sales role. Problem-solving mentality. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across email, calls, and live presentations. Knowledge/experience of any of the following industry sectors is a plus: Customer Service Management, Customer Experience, IT Service Management, Asset Management, CRM, Help Desk, etc.
