The Role

This is

not

a desk job. Our Medical Sales Representatives are in the field every day, meeting new people and growing our business across Greater DFW.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-person consultations and service presentations Prospect medical offices and build lasting relationships within your local territory Set appointments with managers, clinical directors, physicians, and other decision-makers Hit monthly sales quotas for new contracts & revenue Represent GoSharps professionally and personably in every interaction

Comp & Benefits

$50,000 base salary Uncapped commissions + monthly performance bonuses Car & cell phone package Benefits after 90 days

Sales reps who hit their goals average $75k-$85k in their first year, but there is no cap on commissions.

Our Hiring Process

We don't have ten rounds of interviews and tests to take. Finding the right people is something taken seriously around here, but we keep it to three straightforward steps: Brief Introductory Video Call Long-form In-Person Interview Final Interview Video Call

In the first two steps you'll meet & speak with the manager you'd be working for. The third step is a conversation with current members of the team you'd be working with.
