
Outside Sales Account Executive – Dallas, TX
We’re expanding in Texas and looking for a true hunter to build the Dallas territory from the ground up.
This is a
remote-first role with structured field coverage —you’ll work from home when not in the field and spend significant time meeting SMB clients across the Dallas market.
You’ll sell a proven, high-demand service with a fast sales cycle and strong recurring revenue potential. If you love opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing new business, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospect SMBs through cold calling, in-person visits, and local networking
Run consultative, face-to-face discovery meetings with founders and decision-makers
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement (3–4 week cycle)
Build and grow a Dallas-based book of business from scratch
Represent the company at trade associations and local business events
Maintain pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot
Partner internally to deliver high-quality remote talent solutions
2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (outside/territory sales strongly preferred)
Proven ability to win new logos and exceed quota
Comfortable working remotely while spending significant time in the field
High activity level (cold calls, visits, follow-ups, networking)
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
Professional presence in face-to-face client environments
HubSpot or similar CRM
SMB-focused selling background
Experience in construction, home services, logistics, or professional services
Services or solution-selling experience (nice to have, not required)
Base salary starting at $70,000-75,000(DOE)
Uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: $150K–$200K+
Monthly health insurance stipend
