
Outside Sales Executive – Dallas/Fort Worth
About Us We’re an Dallas-based MSP experiencing strong growth and looking to add a proven hunter to drive net-new logo acquisition across DFW. Our clients rely on us for proactive IT, cybersecurity, and cloud strategy—and we’re building a sales engine to match our technical excellence. This is not a transactional sales role. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can sell value, build trust with business leaders, and consistently close new logos in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery through presentation, proposal, and close. Identify, develop, and close
net-new SMB clients
across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. Conduct executive-level discovery with CEOs, CFOs, and business owners to uncover risk, operational gaps, and growth challenges. Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools for forecasting, activity tracking, and accountability. Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, target industries, and continuously improve the sales process. Represent the company at networking events, industry meetups, and client meetings (in-person and virtual).
What Success Looks Like Creating 4-6 qualified first-time appointments (FTAs) per month. Closing ($5,000) new recurring revenue (MRR) through net-new logo acquisition. Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and forecast discipline. Building a trusted network of Center Of Influencers (COI) for introductions and referrals.
What We’re Looking For 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in a
services-based or complex sales environment . Proven
hunter mentality
with a track record of exceeding quota. Experience selling to
SMB executives
and navigating multi-stakeholder buying decisions. Technical experience is preferred but not required. Confident communicator who can present to and influence C-level audiences. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field. Previous experience working the Dallas/ Ft Worth territory is preferred. Must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
